Cynthia Rollings

Ms. Rollings is an attorney in practice in New York since 1974 and a partner of Beldock Levine & Hoffman LLP in New York City since 1982. Her field is civil litigation. Her practice focuses on employment, civil rights and entertainment litigation. She has successfully litigated cases ranging from constitutional and employment actions on behalf of individuals and as class counsel to cases involving major New York cultural institutions and political figures. She has particular expertise representing health professionals involved in professional disputes with academic and health care institutions. She obtained a Masters in Public Health in 2003 from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and has worked as a volunteer for the International Senior Lawyers Project for the European Roma Rights Center in Budapest/Kosovo. She practices in both federal and state courts throughout the region, at both trial and appellate levels, appears before administrative tribunals and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, both as a party representative and as an arbitrator and mediator.

Dr. Andrew Kestler

Dr. Kestler is an emergency physician at University of Colorado Hospital. His background includes training in healthcare management and tropical medicine, and extensive experience consulting and practicing medicine abroad. He currently serves on the University's Center for Global Health Executive Committee, and is the director for the medical school's new Global Health Track.

Dr. Matt Roberts

Dr. Roberts is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Colorado Denver and Consultant Anesthetist in the 144 PARA Squadron (V) 16 Close Support Medical Regiment, Royal Army Medical Corps (Army Reserves). He is a British citizen and a permanent resident of the United States. His experience includes serving as Clinical Director Ð UK Med Group, Field Hospital. Basra, Iraq. April-May 2007 and Medical Director Intensive Care - 202 Field Hospital Mar-Jul 2003 Kuwait/Iraq. He has worked extensively on international issues in anesthesia, critical care, and trauma treatment.

Matt H. Davis

Mr. Davis is currently Associate General Counsel for Paramount BioSciences, LLC, a healthcare/biotechnology firm focused on founding and supporting companies that develop new pharmaceutical and therapeutic products. Mr. Davis serves as an officer or director of several privately held development stage biotechnology companies and public "shell" companies with no operations. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Davis was an associate specializing in life sciences and private equity for both domestic and international clients in the New York office of Heller Ehrman LLP. Mr. Davis received his B.A. in Political Science (with Honors) and Mathematics from Columbia University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. Mr. Davis is admitted to the bar in New York.
